Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return item(s) may not be worn, washed, or altered in any way (E.g. shirt tag removed) and must also be free of any fragrance, perfume or cologne. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a speedy resolution please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following detail:
1. Confirm your item is in original, non-washed or worn condition. We may refuse returns if fraud or abuse is suspected
2. Include your sales receipt number and date of purchase
3. E-mail your claim before 30 days of order receipt
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon receipt of your return, please allow for up to two (2) weeks for the credit to appear on your payment card statement. We are not responsible for refunding shipping costs.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
